I flew to Jakarta, where I met with the rest of the crew and flew to Lampung. Here our local friends pick up us and with support of army we start to prepare for the first river, Way – semong. They have paddled the lower part of this river many years ago, but nobody did the upper part, which is approximately 13km more. Few years ago, they did some scouting, but most of the information was not usefull. Anyway, it was a very nice river with some box gorges, class IV-V, but everything runable. We did around 25km of this river.

The end of season
During September while getting ready for the Adidas Sick Line race, I was very happy to establish cooperation with Duem Stuff, who supported me with their whitewhater gear from new colection. With new stuff, I immediately went to roadtrip together with Jakub Němec and Isaac Levinson. We started with few laps on Wellerbruecke at pretty high water level and then continued to the meeting of AKC at the legendary Rissbachklamm, where we spent the weekend, met some buddies and partied.
